柏林（粵拼：paak3 lam4；德文：Berlin，音標：[bɛɐ̯ˈliːn]）係德意志聯邦共和國嘅首都同埋 16 個州之一。佢係柏林-勃蘭登堡都會區嘅心臟，喺德國東北，人口有 340 萬，係全德國人口最多嘅城市，亦都係全歐盟第二多人口嘅城市。柏林嘅大都會區人口有 490 萬，係全歐盟第五[12]。
柏林係歐洲政治、文化同埋科學其中一個最有影響力嘅中心[13][14]。 柏林亦都係歐洲大陸嘅交通嘅重要樞鈕，亦都有最出名嘅大學、體育盛事、管弦樂團同博物館[15]。 佢嘅經濟係建基於服務行業之上嘅，包含咗好多嘅媒體同埋生命科學公司、會議場地、研究院、同埋創意工業[16][17][18]。
呢個喺度迅速變化緊嘅大都會，佢嘅節慶、現代建築、夜生活同埋藝術都係世界知名嘅[19]。身為一個主要嘅旅遊中心同埋由超過 180 個國家嘅人住嘅地方[20]，柏林嘅自由生活同埋藝術自由吸引咗好多嘅人[21][22][23]。
史
編輯柏林喺 13世紀第一次喺文獻出現，喺 1701年做咗普魯士王國嘅首都，後嚟做咗德意志帝國（1871年 - 1918年），魏瑪共和國（1919年 - 1932年）同埋第三帝國（1933年 - 1945年）嘅首都。喺第二次世界大戰之後，個城俾人瓜分咗。東柏林成為咗德意志民主共和國嘅首都，而西柏林就仲係西德管，但係就唔再係首都，而且由1961年至到1989年俾柏林圍牆圍住咗[24]。喺1990年德國統一之後，柏林又再做返全德國嘅首都。
氣候
編輯柏林係溫帶濕潤氣候。嚟自北大西洋嘅暖濕氣團令到佢冬季氣候比較溫暖。夏季就比較涼爽，全年雨量分配比較平均，冬季降水比較多。
